Carl S. Witkin, Esq.

Carl has accumulated significant M&A and corporate transactional experience throughout his career, having worked on transactions ranging from 1 million dollars to 18 billion dollars in enterprise value. In addition to his transactional work, Carl has been a trusted advisor and thought partner for companies navigating day to day issues, and has negotiated employment agreements and incentive equity arrangements involving C-Suite executives at both small and large enterprises.

Carl spent years working in the New York City office of global law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP, in addition to working at Goodwin Procter LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

In his free time, Carl enjoys classic Philadelphia activities such as watching his beloved “birds” play, and being a dutiful and just commissioner of his fantasy football league. Carl lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and daughter.

Zachary D. Crane, Esq.
Partner

Zachary has extensive experience representing clients in connection with corporate transactions, outside general counsel services, certain estate documentation, and the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and subleasing of real property (including complex joint venture agreements).

Prior to Crane & Witkin LLP, Zachary was a Partner at Crane Law PLLC where he represented various entities, high net worth individuals, and real estate owners and operators, among others, in connection with real estate transactions, contracts, corporate matters, and outside general counsel services.

Zachary was previously Managing Director & Senior Counsel at one of the largest commercial real estate lenders in the United States. Prior to that, Zachary was an attorney in the real estate practice of the international law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where he counseled clients in connection with complex real estate mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture agreements, and leasing and development transactions.

Zachary is also co-Managing Principal of the commercial mortgage advisory firm Dock Lane Capital LLC.

Zachary enjoys skiing, being outside, and spending time with friends and family. Zachary lives in Manhattan with his wife and son.

Ron Crane

Ronald L. Crane, Esq.
Of Counsel

Ron has over 40 years’ experience as a practicing attorney with extensive expertise representing clients in connection with real estate transactions (including purchases, sales, leases, workouts and financings), corporate matters, franchise agreements, advertising law and intellectual property matters.

Ron is currently Senior Counsel at Omnicom Group, Inc., a Nasdaq traded company, where he is the practice head for Advertising, Intellectual Property, and Immigration law.

Ron was previously Corporate Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the fast-food franchisor Ranch*1 Group, Inc., and on the Board of Directors of The Original Soup Man, Inc., made famous, in part, by the television show Seinfeld.
